Senior Analyst, UM Regulatory Operations

📋 Description

• Coordinate projects and processes to support regulatory and compliance milestones and deliverables
• Partner with leadership to implement regulations and support state filings
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align action plans with project goals
• Support audit exams (NCQA, MHPAEA, State)
• Identify risks; resolve compliance gaps through regulatory actions and audits
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in healthcare audits/accreditations supporting NCQA and/or regulatory compliance
• 1+ year in utilization management, healthcare operations and/or compliance, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience with Adobe Acrobat and Google Suite or Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, Slides)
• 1+ year of experience with interdepartmental collaboration with stakeholders to drive projects
