Senior Analyst, UM Regulatory Operations

📋 Description

• Coordinate projects to support regulatory milestones and deliverables.
• Partner with leadership to implement regulations, support state filings, and other projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align action plans with goals.
• Support audit exams (NCQA, MHPAEA, State).
• Identify risks and resolve compliance gaps through corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare audits or accreditations supporting NCQA and/or regulatory compliance.
• 1+ years in utilization management, healthcare operations and/or compliance.
• 1+ years in Adobe Acrobat and Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• 1+ years collaborating with stakeholders to drive projects.
