• Design, optimize, and implement UM Regulatory Operations processes.
• Support regulatory requirements, compliance initiatives, and audits.
• Coordinate with leadership to implement regs and filings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plans.
• Support audits (NCQA, MHPAEA, State).
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regs.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in utilization management, healthcare operations or compliance.
• 1+ years in Adobe Acrobat and Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• 1+ years in process improvement and healthcare policy.
• 1+ years of interdepartmental collaboration with stakeholders.
