Own reverse logistics for returns across customer, 30-day trial, and wholesale channels.
Collaborate with 3PLs for returns processing to ensure efficiency.
Partner with internal teams to resolve returns-related issues.
Identify opportunities to improve reverse logistics, cut costs, and recover more stock.
Analyze returns data to identify issues and opportunities.
Support reconciliation and reporting of reverse logistics costs to improve margins.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations, or Supply Chain.
3-4 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
Experience with reverse logistics in consumer goods.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup.
Experience leveraging AI tools in daily tasks.
