Senior Analyst, Reporting & Analytics

📋 Description

• Collaborate with analytics, technology, and operations teams to build data tools and reports.
• Use Power BI and SQL to create dashboards that improve performance and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into analytics requirements and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Train end users on dashboards and deliverables.
• Maintain dashboards, KPI definitions, data sources, and documentation.
• Manage timelines and track issues for data reporting, including data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in engineering, data science, statistics, public health, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in a health-care reporting or health economics role.
• 1+ year building dashboards/reports with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong SQL skills; Python programming preferred.
• Experience modeling data or partnering with data engineering to create analytics-ready data.
• Healthcare data experience (EMR/claims) preferred.
