Senior Analyst, Reporting & Analytics

📋 Description

• Collaborate with partners to gather analytics requirements.
• Validate data accuracy and quality in analytics outputs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to transform raw data into metrics.
• Utilize Power BI to design dashboards and reports.
• Train end users on newly deployed dashboards.
• Maintain documentation of KPI definitions and data sources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering, data science, stats, public health, or econ; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years in a healthcare reporting or health economics role.
• 1+ year building dashboards with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong SQL; Python programming preferred.
• Experience developing data models or partnering with data engineering.
• Healthcare data (EMR/claims) experience; value-based care preferred.
• Ability to turn data into reports and visuals; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong business acumen.
