- 1+ year building dashboards with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong SQL; Python programming preferred.
- Experience developing data models or partnering with data engineering.
- Healthcare data (EMR/claims) experience; value-based care preferred.
- Ability to turn data into reports and visuals; strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication; strong business acumen.
- Remote work: reliable internet, dedicated workspace; equipment provided.
