Manage filing of Oscar’s commercial insurance products via Form & Binder Filings.
Develop internal tracking for annual/ad hoc filings; maintain an objections repo.
Build relationships with regulators (DMHC CA, AZ DOI, TX DOI), exchanges, CMS.
Serve as SME on assigned states; contribute to internal filing guides.
Track and share filing objections; guide resolution with teams.
Develop scalable processes to improve outputs while ensuring quality.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
1+ years of SERFF and HIOS experience.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Familiarity with ACA marketplace rules.
