Lead preparation and filing of Oscar's annual Form & Binder filings for states/regions.
Develop internal tracking processes for filings across teams.
Build relationships with regulators (DMHC, AZ DOI, TX DOI) and CMS/CCIIO.
Serve as SME on assigned states; create internal guides on filing obligations.
Track filing objections and drive resolution with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
1+ years of SERFF and HIOS experience.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Familiarity with ACA marketplace plans and regulations.
