📋 Description

• Maintain provider demographic data to ensure network accuracy.
• Process provider and facility rosters and transform data.
• Update provider records and support provider data requests via email.
• Triage, remediate, and analyze root causes with internal teams.
• Escalate and resolve provider data issues within target turnaround times.
• Manage queue work and dashboards to track caseload.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in healthcare provider data management
• 2+ years Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• 2+ years assessing end-to-end process impact
• 2+ years analyzing datasets and data nuances
• 2+ years inventory management queue experience
