• Maintain provider demographic data for accuracy and quality.
• Manage ingestion of provider data with service and quality goals.
• Triage and resolve provider data issues per SOPs; monitor outcomes.
• Build training materials, update workflows; coach leads/SMEs.
• Analyze root causes; produce reports for team leads and SMEs.
• Communicate findings with stakeholders and drive process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years healthcare provider data management experience
• 2+ years Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• 2+ years assessing end-to-end process impact
• 2+ years analyzing datasets and data nuances
• 2+ years inventory management queue experience
• 2+ years SQL/BigQuery or similar database language
