📋 Description

• Maintain provider data to ensure network accuracy and quality.
• Proactively identify and monitor provider data issues.
• Run provider data queries and perform root-cause analysis.

• Communicate findings with providers and cross-functional teams.
• Manage queue work; ensure data integrity in systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in healthcare and/or operations
• 2+ years of intermediate Excel/Google Sheet proficiency
• 2+ years of assessing and comprehending end to end process impact
• 2+ years experience analyzing datasets and troubleshooting basic data nuances
• Proficiency in using a credentialing or provider data repository
• 2+ years of inventory management queue experience
