📋 Description

• Maintain provider information to ensure data quality and network accuracy.
• Surface issues in provider data processes and tech; provide stakeholder feedback.
• Drive and track provider data decisions; run queries; root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain data integrity standards; lead corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Manage queue work and caseload; dashboard management; support junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in healthcare and/or operations
• 2+ years of Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• 2+ years assessing and comprehending end-to-end process impact
• 2+ years experience analyzing datasets and troubleshooting data nuances
• Proficiency in using a credentialing or provider data repository
• 2+ years of inventory management queue experience
