📋 Description

• Maintain provider demographic data to ensure accuracy.
• Ingest provider data while maintaining service delivery and quality.
• Identify issues per SOP; measure, monitor; provide feedback to reduce errors.
• Build training materials, update workflows, coach team leads/SMEs.
• Develop root cause analyses and reports for leads/SMEs.
• Escalate and resolve provider data issues to meet turnaround times.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in healthcare provider data management
• 2+ years Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• 2+ years assessing end-to-end process impact
• 2+ years analyzing datasets and troubleshooting data nuances
• 2+ years inventory management queue experience
