Lead release planning and adoption across the business.
Prioritize automation; AI-first approach before traditional config.
Drive implementation of new Workday capabilities; present options and tradeoffs.
Collaborate with People, Finance, Legal, and IT to deliver solutions.
Support Workday compensation, Absence, and Benefits configuration.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration.
System-agnostic; evaluate best tool for the problem.
Core HR: onboarding, compensation, performance, terminations, intl.
Strong PM instincts; run end-to-end tech initiatives.
Comfortable with ambiguity; ask questions and plan.
Strong communicator; explain tradeoffs to HRBP and engineers.
