- System-agnostic; evaluate best tool for the problem.
- Core HR: onboarding, compensation, performance, terminations, intl.
- Strong PM instincts; run end-to-end tech initiatives.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; ask questions and plan.
- Strong communicator; explain tradeoffs to HRBP and engineers.
