Senior Analyst - People Systems (Workday Expense and Integrations)

📋 Description

• Serve as Workday SME for the Expense module; config, EIBs, integrations, and support.
• Lead design, testing, and deployment of Workday expense solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders and COEs to gather requirements and drive improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and enable enhancements for new Workday features.
• Manage Workday configurations: business processes, security, and data flows.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for domestic and international finance.

🎯 Requirements

• Over 6 years of Workday Expenses experience with strong HCM proficiency.
• Deep expertise in Workday Expense Configuration, Security Admin, BP Config, and EIB.
• Functional knowledge of Workday Expense module; reports and core admin tasks.
• Experience in Workday testing: regression, unit, UAT; validates features.
• Participates in Workday releases; evaluates features and adoption strategies.
• Experience with Workday Studio/Extend and custom integrations.
