- Manage order-to-cash processes: orders, invoicing, collections, cash posting.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and logistics for on-time fulfillment.
- Resolve order discrepancies, delays, and billing inquiries.
- Lead deal desk: contract reviews, pricing requests, risk analysis.
- Drive O2C process improvements and automation (RPA); document procedures.
- Generate O2C metrics reports and present insights to management.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years in Order-to-Cash, focusing on billing and collections.
- Experience with Netsuite ERP; Zone Billing a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM (a plus).
- Experience with RPA tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism.
- Strong analytical skills and track record of process improvements.
