📋 Description

• Analyze sales, quoting, and ops data to identify trends and root causes.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks across quoting and large deal workflows.
• Build dashboards and reporting to provide transparency across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7+ years in analytics/ops/strategy/finance; Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Experience building KPI frameworks and performance reporting.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Strong communication and ability to present insights clearly.
