Senior Analyst, Operational Excellence

📋 Description

• Analyze sales, quoting, and ops data to identify trends and deviations
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks across quoting and large deal workflows
• Build dashboards and reporting to provide transparency across teams
• Support definition of improvement roadmaps for quoting and large deal teams
• Contribute to quoting models, algorithms, and performance tools
• Conduct deep dive analyses to improve quote accuracy, pricing discipline, and conversion rates

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience in analytics, operations, strategy, finance, consulting, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with data-driven decisions
• Experience building KPI frameworks and performance reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools
• Experience working with large and complex data sets
• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly
