Senior Analyst, Lifecycle and Performance

📋 Description

• Lead lifecycle and performance reporting for growth and retention.
• Own data architecture from reporting to UTM management and segmentation.
• Build scalable reporting frameworks using Klaviyo, PostScript, Meta, and Google.
• Drive real-time spend optimization and channel decisions.
• Lead A/B testing and LTV modeling across lifecycle programs.
• Ensure data consistency across global storefronts.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in retention and growth analytics in high-growth DTC.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Advanced SQL and ability to learn new UIs or APIs quickly.
• BI experience with Looker (LookML) and Sigma; BI migrations a plus.
• Fluent in LTV, ROAS, MER, CPA, CPC, CTR metrics.
• Operational tooling: Feedonomics, Klaviyo/Postscript, GA4, Heap.
