Manage filing of Oscar's commercial insurance products for annual state filings.
Develop internal tracking for annual and ad hoc filings; maintain objections repo.
Build relationships with state regulators (AZ DOI, FL OIR, TX DOI).
Serve as SME on assigned states; contribute to internal filing guides.
Track objections and coordinate resolutions with affected teams.
Develop sustainable processes to improve outputs and quality.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years licensing experience, ideally in health plan/managed care.
1+ year designing and improving workflows.
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of commensurate experience.
Demonstrated project management skills.
