Manage filing of Oscar's commercial insurance products across states
Develop tracking for annual/ad hoc filings with diverse teams
Build relationships with state regulators (AZ, FL, TX)
Be the subject matter expert on assigned states and maintain internal filing guides
Track objections and coordinate resolutions with impacted teams
Create scalable processes while ensuring high-quality deliverables

🎯 Requirements

2+ years licensing experience, ideally in health plan/managed care
1+ year of experience designing and improving workflows
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of commensurate experience
Demonstrated project management skills
