📋 Description

• Act as SME for EMEA invoice processing, handling regional exceptions and SOPs.
• Oversee performance and outcomes of Spotify's outsourced AP operations.
• Coordinate, review, and approve AP transactions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Advise business owners on finance policies and system processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business or Finance; 3+ years AP experience.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Tech-savvy; experience integrating new technologies.
• Results-oriented, detail-focused; can prioritize and communicate under pressure.
• Thrives in fast-paced environment and values process improvement.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Netsuite, Coupa, or e-invoicing experience a plus.
