Senior Analyst, Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Build and maintain industry and company research and benchmarking
• Analyze Toast's industries and serve as internal expert on peers
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and legal on quarterly earnings deliverables
• Perform relative analyses on business results and trends with finance
• Own investor interaction strategy, including shareholder analyses and meeting allocations
• Run day-to-day IR tasks: logging asks, IR calendar, and vendor coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 4+ years in sell-side research or investment banking; software or payments preferred
• Strong quantitative analytical skills with financial modeling and valuation concepts
• Financial literacy and understanding of public-company materials and quarterly cadence
• Excellent exec-level communication (verbal and written)
• Advanced use of AI tools for automation and workflows
