📋 Description

• Build and refine models forecasting membership growth and retention.
• Conduct market and competitive research for IFP and employer plans.
• Analyze competitor plan designs, benefits, pricing, and positioning.
• Track regulatory and policy developments; support impact assessments.
• Support population and employer-segment research initiatives.
• Serve as insight engine enabling data-driven product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years developing and managing commercial insurance products.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• BS/BA in quantitative or healthcare field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in fast-paced, cross-functional environments (consulting, finance, economics).
• Proven analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Prior Health Insurance (Individual and/or Small Employer) experience.
