Senior Analyst, GTM Operations

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and CS to design lifecycle processes.
• Own global operational processes ensuring scalability across regions.
• Translate business needs into system/tooling improvements with CRM/GTM teams.
• Improve pipeline visibility, activity tracking, and customer health signals.
• Define and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure GTM impact.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure initiatives meet priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, CS, or a related field
• 4–6+ years in GTM Ops, Sales Strategy, Consulting, or Analytics
• Strong analytical mindset to solve complex problems and boost efficiency
• Proven track record of improving GTM processes and operations
• Deep CRM experience, esp. Salesforce, and GTM tooling familiarity
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence across teams
