  • Act as the primary architect for quota and plan modeling; run what-if scenario modeling to stress-test GTM strategies.
  • Bridge GTM Strategy & Planning with the field; identify gaps in rep performance and pivots.
  • Lead the strategic communication and rollout of annual plans; create the narrative to secure buy-in from 200+ reps and managers.
  • Analyze field incentive ROI and attainment trends; present quarterly Strategic Health Checks to GTM leaders.
  • Manage the operational lifecycle of reps (onboarding, role changes, account movements) with minimal friction and high morale during transitions.
  • Partner with Legal and HR to ensure designs are compliant, scalable, and aligned with company culture.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or FP&A.
  • Strategic consulting or high-growth SaaS experience influencing GTM design.
  • Strategic storytelling: turn complex data into narrative for VPs/Directors.
  • Advanced modeling: expert Excel/Google Sheets for dynamic GTM models.
  • Systems advisory: SFDC and commission tools CaptivateIQ/Xactly/Spiff.
  • AI tools: proactively adopt and use AI to drive efficiency and outcomes.
