- 5-8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or FP&A.
- Strategic consulting or high-growth SaaS experience influencing GTM design.
- Strategic storytelling: turn complex data into narrative for VPs/Directors.
- Advanced modeling: expert Excel/Google Sheets for dynamic GTM models.
- Systems advisory: SFDC and commission tools CaptivateIQ/Xactly/Spiff.
- AI tools: proactively adopt and use AI to drive efficiency and outcomes.
