Senior Analyst, FP&A

📋 Description

• Partner with Finance leadership to support planning and forecasting.
• Build and maintain financial models; develop scenarios.
• Own management reporting: monthly performance, variance analysis, dashboards.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support annual/quarterly planning, including long-range planning.
• Improve FP&A processes, systems, data quality, and reporting automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or related finance role.
• Track record in financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
• Strong interpersonal skills with senior leaders and staff.
• High attention to detail; data accuracy, controls, and financial rigor.
