๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years in Finance Operations, Financial Reporting, FP&A, or related.
- Reconciliations, cost management, and operational finance experience.
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiency.
- ERP/financial systems: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving; high attention to detail; good communication.
- Able to manage multiple priorities; experience with process improvements and automation; also need reliable home internet and fluent English.
