Timely planning, preparation and compilation of quarterly and annual financial reports and disclosures.
Coordinate internal and external review of quarterly and annual financial reports.
Collect, validate and document financial statement support and related deliverables.
Reconcile ledger to source data and perform flux analysis to identify key drivers.
Collaborate with controllers, reinsurance, and audit; assist with ad-hoc requests.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Active CPA preferred.
Big 4 experience preferred (associate or higher).
4-8 years of related experience; life insurance with reinsurance exposure preferred.
Experience with disclosure management solutions such as Workiva; GAAP expertise.
Familiarity with Oracle FCCS, OneStream or similar.
