🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years' technical analytics experience and reporting.
• 1+ years with large datasets and distilling insights.
• Strong verbal/written communication on business reporting; 2+ projects.
• SQL (filters, aggregates, CTEs) or R/Python with Pandas.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (VLookup, nested IF, connected Sheets).
• 1+ years in healthcare, finance, or insurance industries.
