๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Handle customer security questionnaires and inquiries from prospective and existing customers.
  • Support complex security contract reviews and escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales to optimize deal cycles from security perspective.
  • Collaborate with GRC, Security Eng, and Legal to build trust artifacts and scalable responses.
  • Manage the customer trust tool to keep the knowledge base up-to-date.
  • Assist in audit evidence collection for SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, BSI C5.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in security compliance and sales enablement, SaaS preferred.
  • Experience managing sales enablement tools (Conveyor, Safebase, Whistic).
  • Experience establishing team rhythms, metrics, SLAs, escalation.
  • Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud architectures and security controls.
  • Experience interpreting regulatory/customer requirements (financial services, public sector).
  • Ability to translate complex technical/legal concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
