- 5+ years in security compliance and sales enablement, SaaS preferred.
- Experience managing sales enablement tools (Conveyor, Safebase, Whistic).
- Experience establishing team rhythms, metrics, SLAs, escalation.
- Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud architectures and security controls.
- Experience interpreting regulatory/customer requirements (financial services, public sector).
- Ability to translate complex technical/legal concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
