Translate configuration enabling internal teams to resolve escalations
Process incoming Jira tickets to support provider escalation resolution
Identify and pilot opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Triage and manage workflows of ingested items
Investigate escalations via incoming tickets or informal pathways

🎯 Requirements

2+ years working knowledge of pricing methodologies and contract configuration
1+ year of SQL experience
2+ years Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and/or comparable Google Docs Editors
1+ year experience working in health insurance industry/claims configuration
Bonus points: Experience working with Jira
