📋 Description

• Improve consistency, accuracy, and efficiency of platforms and processes
• Ensure in-network contracts are configured accurately
• Triage and manage workflows of ingested items
• Analyze process behavior to speed design and solutioning
• Translate configuration needs to enable internal teams
• Process Jira tickets to support provider escalations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years pricing methodologies and contract configuration
• 1+ year SQL experience
• 2+ years MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs editors
• 1+ year health insurance/claims configuration
• Bonus: Jira experience
