π― Requirements
- 5+ years experience in sales compensation in a SaaS company.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and calculation of sales incentive/commission payments.
- Knowledge of incentive plan structures; bookings/revenue-based plans, quotas, accelerators.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain commissions clearly.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Experience with CaptivateIQ (CIQ), Looker and Salesforce is a plus.
- University degree or equivalent in business and/or commerce.
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity; problem-solving and process improvement.
