Prepare deal memos for investment committee review.
Support asset management with committees, investors, property mgmt, leasing, and accounting.
Conduct due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, and financing.
Perform market research and maintain market reports with comps.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Real Estate.
2-3 years of relevant experience.
Advanced proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Excel.
