📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Quicksight dashboards and reports for key metrics.
• Analyze GTM data to deliver insights that drive decisions.
• Create robust data models to streamline reporting and align with strategy.
• Design, implement, and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly scorecards and forecasts.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CX to align reporting with business needs.
• Lead administration and enhancement of Quicksight and other BI platforms for scalability.
• Provide provocative presentations to key stakeholders with visuals.
• Educate GTM teams on using BI tools to foster a data-driven culture.
• Develop standardized reports and packages that give field teams the insights they need.
• Respond to deep-dive requests to uncover trends, opportunities, or risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in BI/Data Analytics with hands-on AWS Quicksight.
• SQL, Python, dbt, data modeling, visualization, and advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Experience with AWS Quicksight/Athena/S3/Lambda; GitLab; Salesforce CRM.
• Fivetran experience preferred.
• Interpret data, identify trends, and translate into actionable strategies.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Able to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, CS, Analytics, or related field.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics and revenue forecasting.
• Bonus: Tableau/Power BI and GTM/sales ops domain.
