Senior Analyst, Annuity Distribution Technologies

📋 Description

• Lead and support distribution automation across annuity platforms
• Partner with operations teams supporting annuity lines
• Collaborate with TPAs and partners to implement automation aligned to industry standards
• Develop and maintain testing strategies, procedures, and QA documentation
• Design and execute test scenarios across annuity platforms (functional, integration, regression)
• Review requirements to ensure complete test coverage and drive issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years in the annuity insurance industry within operations, technology, or related function
• Experience with platforms such as AN4, Affirm, FireLight, FIDx, LUMA, and iCapital
• Experience with annuity operational technologies such as DTCC, ACORD, and IRI
• Strong understanding of annuity workflows
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
