- Lead governance for BSA/AML and OFAC programs; ownership and oversight.
- Drive governance routines, exec reporting, escalation processes.
- Track and report program risks, issues, remediation, and control effectiveness.
- Draft/maintain BSA/AML and OFAC policies; policy lifecycle management.
- Partner with Compliance and Risk to support risk assessments and controls.
- Develop KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, and data/automation for oversight.
🎯 Requirements
- CAMS, CFCS, CRCM or similar certification.
- Experience in fintech/bank or high-growth regulated environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise risk management frameworks and control documentation.
- Experience driving automation or process improvement in compliance/risk.
- Deep knowledge of FinCEN, OCC, FFIEC and state compliance for consumer banking and payments.
- 6+ years AML program design and FinCrimes advisory experience.
