📋 Description

• Establish IBNR, risk adjustment, and Shared Savings accruals.
• Use SQL and Python to expand actuarial frameworks.
• Review and submit regulatory filings.
• Investigate drivers of observed trends for financial planning.
• Promote Oscar actuarial best practices for automation and documentation.
• Maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Aid onboarding of analysts by integrating them into processes.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or commensurate skills attainment.
• SOA Associate or Fellow, or on track to become one.
• 3+ years in a related field.
• Knowledge of health insurance concepts and actuarial applications.
• Tech-forward actuarial methods enthusiast.
