📋 Description

  • Recruit and develop a portfolio of System Integrators and consultancy partners in North America.
  • Develop early engagements, build pipeline, and maximize partner-driven revenue.
  • Drive partner enablement and collaborate with Sales, CSM, and Marketing.
  • Establish Workato as the preferred partner in the alliance community.
  • Design and execute GTM initiatives with partners (co-selling, co-marketing).

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in partner sales, BD, or direct SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record building strategic partnerships that drive revenue.
  • Deep SaaS knowledge, enterprise customer understanding.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; MBA a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to meet partners/events.
