Decide on the best consolidation of shipments to optimize margins.
Contribute to build Flexport air export planning processes & tools.
Provide customer service and troubleshoot any issues

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience
Internal track record of success in an operational or planning role
Strong analytical background and Excel proficiency
Strategic vision with hands-on execution
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Courage to challenge the status quo and fix issues
