Senior AI Researcher (Foundation AI)

📋 Description

• Design, train, and optimize large-scale multimodal foundation models.
• Conduct applied research in self-supervised learning and representation learning.
• Develop scalable distributed training pipelines for large models on HPC.
• Collaborate with MLOps, data, and software teams to deploy robust models.
• Partner with product and research teams to deliver member-value features.
• Ensure models adhere to ethical, transparent, privacy-preserving AI standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in CS, ML, EE, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in applied ML, AI research, or large-scale modeling.
• Expertise in modern deep learning (transformers, state space models), multimodal model training.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Familiarity with training models on multi-node, multi-GPU distributed compute environments.
• Familiarity with data, model, and context parallelisms.
