Senior AI Reconciliation Analyst

📋 Description

• Build the reconciliation foundation. Design and implement data infra to reconcile transactions across internal systems and external partners.
• Lead anomaly detection and rules development. Create/maintain anomaly rules and ML signals as data matures.
• Implement AI-powered matching. Use probabilistic and fuzzy matching for near-match transactions.
• Flag and triage unmatched records. Real-time and batch pipelines surface issues with context.
• Partner cross-functionally as technical lead. Data partner for Eng, Finance, and Recon Ops.
• Define data quality standards. Establish validation frameworks and data contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data analytics/engineering with reconciliation exposure.
• Deep SQL and Python skills (pandas, PySpark); DBT a plus.
• Snowflake and/or Databricks experience in pipelines.
• Familiar with ACH cycles and payment rails.
• Experience building anomaly detection logic (rule-based or ML).
• Probabilistic/fuzzy matching for entity/transaction matching.
