Own and drive product areas within the property management platform from ideation to launch.
Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and backlogs.
Partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable product solutions.
Define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive improvement.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to workflows.
Collaborate with ops and GTM teams to roll out features and gather feedback.

🎯 Requirements

5-8+ years PM experience
Track record delivering tech products with impact
Cross-functional work with eng, design, and ops
AI-powered product experience (LLMs/agent AI)
Data-driven with metrics and insights
Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, or equivalent
