  • Experience building AI-enabled apps, chatbots, or automation tools.
  • Solid software design and data engineering foundation.
  • Strong communication with CX leaders; translate tech to business outcomes.
  • Knowledge engineering and docs for release notes.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Willing to travel internationally.
