🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools used by internal teams.
- Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM evals.
- Experience building production AI observability: logging, token spend, regression evals.
- Experience extending agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, MCPs) for customer workflows.
- Excellent product judgment about where AI belongs in a product vs deterministic code.
- Experience teaching non-engineers practical AI adoption.
