Senior AI/ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy sequential deep learning models for growth and marketing initiatives
• Build predictive models from large financial/behavioral data to personalize experiences
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Engineering to drive AI initiatives
• Design and monitor training, serving, and real-time ML infrastructure
• Generate insights to improve growth effectiveness and member experience
• Contribute to experimentation frameworks and scalable ML platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in sequential and deep learning models, esp. finance/behavior data
• End-to-end ML lifecycle: training, experimentation, deployment, monitoring
• Experience with large-scale transactional/financial/behavioral datasets for predictive models
• Hands-on with AWS and ML infra tools: SageMaker, Kafka, Airflow, Redis
• Proficient in Python, SQL, distributed computing; PyTorch and PySpark
• Strong MLOps mindset with production-grade ML systems
• Ability to operate independently and move quickly in ambiguous environments
