Senior AI Engineer (x/f/m)

📋 Description

• Design and operate production-grade agentic LLM systems to improve patient-practitioner interactions.
• Validate hypotheses with offline datasets and A/B tests on real traffic.
• Partner with ML teams to design eval pipelines, guardrails, and metrics.
• Develop and maintain core agentic capabilities: memory, reasoning, tool adapters.
• Own performance, observability, and security: dashboards and SLO/SLI.
• Ensure privacy and security by design.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as a software engineer with strong Python experience.
• Track record delivering AI products at scale from evaluation to production iterations.
• Promote best practices across the SDLC: automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Product-oriented and able to guide teammates on tradeoffs balancing business needs and tech constraints.
• Strong focus on code quality and rigorous testing culture.
• Eager to share knowledge and mentor via pair programming.
