- Design, build, and maintain agentic AI workflows from prototype to production.
- Build and operate generative media pipelines (video, audio, captions, thumbnails, repurposing).
- Ship internal AI tools and dashboards for non-engineers to access AI workflows.
- Build monitoring, evaluation, and failure-recovery systems for each workflow.
- Partner with the CTO and Tech on infrastructure, security, and data handling.
- Translate pain points into engineered solutions and document every system.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years building production software; strong Python, API design, databases, cloud basics
- 2+ years building agentic AI systems; LangChain/CrewAI/OpenAI SDK; RAG & prompts
- Strong instincts for agent-tool interface design; MCP experience a plus
- Proven track record building internal tools, dashboards, and API integrations
- Ability to operate in ambiguity; prototype rapidly and ship production-grade systems
