🎯 Requirements

• Open-Weight LLMs: experience with Llama, Qwen, Mistral, Gemma in production.
• Fine-tuning & post-training: supervised fine-tuning, instruction tuning, domain adaptation.
• Training data & synthetic data: build datasets, generate synthetic data, data flywheels.
• Model evaluation: design benchmarks, evaluation frameworks, regression testing.
• Financial domain modelling: AI for credit, debt instruments, filings, court docs.
• Production ML engineering: pipelines, deployment, monitoring in production.
